After Hours Emergency Service

One great benefit of living at El-Beulah is that you can contact us 24 hours 7 days a week should a property emergency occur. You can contact us after hours in the case of Emergencies such as water leaks, faulty air conditioning or other property damage. Please review the After Hours Emergency Instruction Sheet for instructions and more information.

El-Beulah is designed to be a community where its residents feel welcomed as a part of that community.  We have ongoing social activities, newsletters and a friendly office staff to welcome you home.

Social Activities

El-Beulah offers a variety of exercise, group, health and Bible activities daily and weekly to suit your needs.

Health & Wellness Visits

We have various medical and health care professionals that visit El-Beulah to offer different health and medical related services. They offer a variety of services including podiatry visits, flu shots and hearing screening.

Your Pets are Welcome

We know that you consider your pets a part of your family. That's why El-Beulah offers pet-friendly living in all of our villas.

Property Care & Maintenance

We take pride in keeping your new home's exterior beautiful. We'll take care of cutting your lawn and maintaining your previously planted trees and shrubs. We also have curbside weekly trash service and snow removal services during the winter months.

Emergency Systems

Your safety is important to all of us here at El-Beulah. We have several measures in place for your safety and each villa is equipped with strobe horn personal emergency security system. Please review Emergency Systems in your resident handbook for more information.

Our Friendly Office Staff

We are here to help and serve the El-Beulah Community. Our office is open with the exception of designated holidays as follows:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Should you need help after hours you can contact the Administrator/Manager, Janice Franklin in case of an emergency.
