  • Flat Top Stoves

    Regarding Flat Top Stoves

    Please reference your manual if you have a flat top stove. It will tell you what pots and pans you can use.

    Here are a few highlights:

    Recommended:

    • Stainless Steel 
    • Aluminum 
    • Copper Bottom 
    • Enamel (painted) on Cast Iron 

    Avoid/Not Recommended:

    • Enamel (painted) on Steel
    • Glass-ceramic
    • Stoneware
    • Cast Iron

    Pans with rounded, curved, ridged or warped bottoms are not recommended. 

    Do not place wet pans on the glass cooktop. They may stick to the surface when cool. Any damage will be your responsibility.

  • PET POLICY

    Reminder of El Beulah’s Pet Policy

    Pets are to remain leashed at all times when outside the villas and each tenant is responsible for his own pet’s waste removal.  

    Should the pet eliminate while walking, you can use a plastic bag to pick up the waste immediately.  

    We don’t want to have poopy grounds.

    After Hours (After 5:00 & weekends) 

    “Maintenance” Emergency Instruction Sheet

    Should you have a maintenance emergency arise AFTER HOURS, you may call the maintenance emergency number at 330-3770.  (If it is during working hours and before 5:00, call the office, 577-4600)

    • You will hear a message from Brad 
    • Leave your name, number and the nature of the emergency 
    • Hang up and wait for Brad to return your call 
    • Brad should return your call within 15 minutes

    A maintenance emergency consists of anything that would damage property or endanger lives, such as:  water leaking, no heat in the winter or no air conditioning in the summer.

    You should call 911 if you feel your life is in danger or you are experiencing a medical emergency, NOT the after hours maintenance emergency number
