“...I’ve always hated exercise. But being in my late 60’s, I realized I had to do something that would keep me from slowly deteriorating as I got older. So, I signed up at El Beulah. WOW!! Now I can’t seem to get enough exercise!! In the 3 weeks that I have been participating in the classes (both water- based and land- based) my lower back and hips feel better and I’m becoming more physically flexible. The staff is great, the facilities are top-notch and it’s actually fun!!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend El Beulah to everyone!! ...”Liz M., Indianapolis
“...As a senior citizen, I have had several falls. I have been coming to El Beulah for 6 months. In this time I have had a few near - falls but was able to catch myself because of my newly acquired strength. I owe the credit to the Wellness Center. Thanks...”Dalene M., Indianapolis
“....Last winter I was struggling with low back pain, getting injections on a pretty regular basis and pretty miserable most of the time. I wanted to find a place to exercise, drop some weight and feel comfortable… I went in and decided right then and there this place would work for me ~ I got acclimated on the machines and tried out the pool and knew I had found a place that was perfect for me… (now I am) pain free, I have lost almost 30 pounds and I am just more active all around! I am very pleased that I discovered this little gem ~El Beulah is a very friendly & non-judgmental environment, kind of like Cheers… where everybody makes you feel welcome!...”Susan G, member
