Weekly Weigh Ins
Weekly Weigh Ins occur every Monday from 10:30-10:45am and Wed. from 6:00-6:20pm. We provide the tracking system... you provide the motivation toward your success, however YOU define it. For some, a goal of 10% body weight loss by April 1st will result in seriously improved health; for others, losing 2 inches in the waist will mean everything. You choose your goal! Twenty two folks are involved!
