- The Beginner class is 1:00-1:45;
- Intermediate is 1:45-2:30pm.
But Nancy is so nice, she will let you stay for both! Like any good, low-impact cardio, dancing can improve cardiovascular health, increase stamina, strengthen bones/muscles and stave off illnesses. More importantly, it’s fun; it’s social; anyone can dance; it can keep your brain sharp; it’s gentle on the body; and may improve your balance!
