Johns’ Warrior Workout (formerly Boxing 4 Balance) is on Monday in the Classroom from 1:00– 2:00 PM. Mr. Kay Johns’ class incorporates boxing elements to help overall balance and fitness. The class offers seniors a boxing style fitness program that improves strength, balance, and energy. The focus is on core work, circuit weight training, strength training, focus mitts, overall fitness, and having fun!!! No experience is necessary and everyone is invited to participate. This class will appeal to all, but certainly to MEN!!! Hey guys, now’s the time to get more healthy and FIT!
