Johns’ Warrior Workout on Monday from 1:00– 2:00 pm in the Classroom. The class incorporates boxing elements to help overall balance and fitness. This program improves strength and energy. The focus is on core work, circuit weight/strength training, focus mitts, overall fitness, and having fun!!! No experience is necessary. Everyone is invited. This class will appeal to all, but especially to MEN!!! Guys, it’s time to get healthy and FIT!
