Isometrics Plus is Thurs. at 6:15– 7:00pm. Pam’s low-impact class blends ballet moves with isometrics to strengthen, tone, condition muscles while focusing on core fitness and flexibility. NO dance experience needed! Wear shoes, bare feet or sticky socks. Bring your mat for some floor work. Chairs provide balance.
