NEW - Boxing 4 Balance will begin on Monday, November 7 in the Classroom from 1:00– 2:00 PM.
B4B is an effective form of physical exercise for seniors. The class offers seniors a boxing style fitness program that improves strength, balance and energy.
The focus is on overall fitness, strength training, balance, focus mitts, core work, circuit weight training and having fun at the same time! No experience is necessary and everyone is invited to participate.
Classes are taught by Mr. Kay Johns a Certified Rock Steady Boxing trainer.
